About ReviewBoost

ReviewBoost is an SMS platform operated by Website Lab, LLC d/b/a Brightwork Digital that sends Google review requests on behalf of local service businesses. After a service is completed, you may receive a brief text message with a link to leave a Google review for the business that served you.

How Your Information Is Used

Your mobile phone number and personal information are collected solely for the purpose of sending SMS review request messages as described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your data may be shared only with the specific business that initiated the review request and with our SMS provider (Twilio) as required to deliver messages.

Opt Out at Any Time

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
